Lutnick, who is so pleased with himself that he's now in Trump's corrupt government administration, states that if his 94 year old mother-in-law missed her monthly Social Security payment, she wouldn't call Social Security. She wouldn't call and complain she would just assume "something got messed up" and she would get her Social Security check next month.

Not the casualness with which Lutnick dispenses his pear of wisdom that "anyone who complains about not getting their Social Security check the one who complains would be the fraudster.
